  • Top speed 280 km/h
  • Lightweight carbon-fibre components as standard and options

The Lotus Evora is one of Lotus’ success stories – a multi-award-winning sports car with a global following - and the new Evora GT410 refines this further through the application of enlightened design, high aerodynamic downforce and benchmark handling. Available with Lotus’ quick shifting automatic transmission, the Evora GT410 draws upon world class aerodynamic expertise to provide advanced aerodynamics to an already celebrated global sports car.

Employing a sophisticated sculptured body style, including specifically designed new composite front and rear body panels, the new Evora GT410 enjoys a subtle and sleek silhouette. As with all Lotus sports cars, aerodynamic downforce is a requirement and this new GT-class coupe generates up to 96kg of downforce setting the standard when compared to its rivals.

The Evora GT410 is powered by a specially calibrated and tuned higher-output version of Lotus’ supercharged, 3.5-litre 6-cylinder engine with integrated water-to-air charge cooler, producing 298 kW (405 PS, 400 hp) at 7000 rpm and 410 Nm of torque from 2250 rpm. Combined with the lightweight, the Evora GT410 reaches 100 km/h in just 4.2 seconds.

The development of the new Evora GT410 afforded Lotus the opportunity to optimise mass, resulting in an unladen weight of only 1,368 kg.

Lotus Evora GT410 in more detail

Lotus’ newly defined GT-class sports car is worth as the company’s headline model. The front panel features two enlarged carbon fibre ducts, with integrated air blades, to efficiently move air around the front wheels reducing turbulence and decreasing drag. Additional downforce is created by the combination of the deep front splitter and motorsport-derived rear diffuser, mounted beneath the metal mesh grille giving a clean and pure finish. Sculptured carbon fibre ducts behind each rear wheel vent high pressure air as quickly as possible from the rear wheel arches, balancing downforce front to rear.

Cumulatively this all works to produce 96 kg at the top speed of 280 km/h with low drag of 0.35, making the Evora GT410 one of the company’s most aerodynamically efficient road cars for downforce to drag.

The high-tech aluminium bonded and extruded chassis is lightweight and stiff and supremely strong with a torsional stiffness, of 27,000 Nm / degree. As the pioneer of carbon fibre in Formula 1, this lightweight material plays a considerable role in the car’s construction with a number of standard carbon composite components such as the elements within the front air blade system and rear wheel exit ports, with options including the front access panel, roof panel and one-piece louvred tailgate with integrated spoiler. All this contributes to the low mass of 1368 kg (unladen).

This focus on the car’s critical mass helps to deliver its headline power-to-weight ratio of 292 hp / tonne and acceleration of 0 to 100 km/h in 4.2 seconds.

Standard suspension set-up uses Bilstein® dampers and Eibach springs and Michelin Pilot 4S tyres to provide the perfect balance of handling without sacrificing and comfort.

The Evora GT410 benefits also from phenomenal stopping power which comes courtesy of AP Racing four-piston calipers front and rear with lightweight 2-piece cross-drilled and ventilated brake discs (front 370mm x 32mm, rear 350mm x 32mm).

The Evora GT410 is available with a six-speed automatic transmission, with ultra-fast shifting through the gears, via lightweight aluminium paddles mounted to the steering wheel.

The new Evora GT410 features four driver selectable ESP modes – selected via a dashboard switch. ‘Drive’, ‘Sport’, ‘Race’ and ‘Off’. Sport and Race settings increase throttle response, respectively increasing traction slip - allowing the driver a finer degree of control before intervention.

For more of a track and sport bias, Michelin Pilot Cup 2 tyres (235/35 R19 at the front and 285/30 R20 at the rear) with a sports suspension package of Eibach ultra-light, low-sideload springs and Bilstein sports dampers are available as options.

Reducing un-sprung mass, ultra-lightweight, fully machined, forged aluminium wheels (19" 8J front and 20" 9.5J rear 10 spoke alloy wheels) are available as an option in either silver or matt black.

Evora GT410 cabin is the perfect blend of performance materials with race details with Sparco race seats and carbon door sill inserts. The lightweight magnesium steering wheel is trimmed in black leather and Alcantara®, with black stitching and and blend perfectly with Alcantara® trimmed dashboard, door panels, transmission tunnel, centre console and instrument binnacle. An integrated 7” touch-screen infotainment system with AppleCarPlay and Android Auto, Bluetooth® functionality, satellite navigation and reversing camera can also be specified.

The new Lotus Evora GT410 can be ordered now.
